Welding manipulator/welding column and boom is a kind of widely-used and high-automated auxiliary equipment in welding industry.Through the rotation of column and retraction&lifting of boom,welding manipulator meets welding requirements of cylinders with different sizes. Welding head is fixed at one end of welding manipulator to carry out automatic welding.This kind of welding manipulator could also be operated together with welding rotator/tank turning roller to carry out round and longitudinal welding of inside and outside seam,which has got extensive application in Boiler,Petrochemical,Shipbuilding and Steel structure industries

1, Structure:fixed type,fixed with rotation type and movable type2, Both column and boom are cold-blended and goes through annealing treatment3, There is anti-falling device to ensure the safety of boom lifting4, Boom retracting adopts VFD,being stable and reliable5, X-Y slide is fixed on one end of boom,which can be controlled by hand control panel6, Control roller bears eccentric shaft,which can decrease clearance between roller and rail7, Column revolve could be recognized by manual operation or electric drive8, Control unit includes:electric control board and hand control panel.Interface with positioner and rotator is offered9, Operation:Trolley,Director chair or platform,drag chain,seam tracking and monitor system,and flux recovery system.
