Product Description

Conventional welding positioners are designed for maximum loads of 100KG to 2,000KG have universal applications in the manual and automatic welding of circumferential seams and in the accurate positioning of work-pieces, and extensively applied in pressure vessel, metallurgy, power, chemical industry, metal structure and others lines.We also provide tailor-made welding positioners according to your special requirements.

Welding positioners(turn table)are usually used for welding of shafts,plates and cylinders.There are T-slots for clamping and positioning of vessels.Welding table could do 360^ rotating movement and 120^ tilting movement.Pedestal of machine adapts airframe structure and its overall stability is good,no need to fix it on ground.Hand-control box is offered,being convenient.1, Free standing, robust all steel fabrication;2, Variable speed table rotation controlled by inverter;3, Motor with brake;4, Fully machined turntable of various sizes with centering grooves and T-slots;5, Sand blasting treatment to main welding parts before painting;6, All motion parts have lubrication system;7, Main electric elements are ABB/Siemens brands;8, Hand pendant with Forward&Reverse Rotation, Tilt UP&DOWN, and speed potentiometer are standard;9, Efficient built-in earthing;10, Lifting lug on the base of roller bed;11, Foot switch (Note: for HB20, foot pedal is an option.)
